Blueberry Bowl

This smoothie bowl, prepared with fresh or frozen blueberries, is just as tasty as any dessert. Garnish as desired with fresh berries and coconut flakes.

Ingredients

2 servings
190 g blueberries
230 ml Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny (1 cup), frozen in an ice cube tray
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 handful fresh blueberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp peanuts

Preparation

  1. Mix the blueberries, frozen Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny and peanut butter in a blender until creamy.

  2. Divide between two bowls. Garnish with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes and peanuts.
