Baked Apple Bowl
Ingredients
1 serving| 230 ml | Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Vanilla |
| 80 g | rolled oats |
| 1 | apple |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla extract |
| 1.5 tsp. | cinnamon |
| 1 tsp. | honey |
Preparation

Mix together the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE and oats, cover and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

Quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Place in a pan with a tbsp of water, the vanilla extract, cinnamon and honey and simmer on a low heat for approx. 5 minutes.

Place the oats in a bowl and garnish with the apples.
Tip
Add a dab of low-fat quark.
