Ice cream
Ingredients
2 servings| 230 ml | Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Vanilla |
| 1.5 TL | Vanilla extract |
| 70 g | sugar |
| 2 | egg yolks |
| 150 ml | cream, stiffly beaten |
Preparation

Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is pale in colour.

Add the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE while stirring, and fold in the whipped cream.

Leave to freeze in an ice cream maker.
