Carrot Cake Bowl

Ingredients

1 serving
230 ml Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny
80 g rolled oats
1 carrot
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 handful chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Finely grate the carrot.

  2. Add the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE and the rolled oats to a pan and bring to the boil briefly. Remove from heat and mix in the maple syrup.

  3. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the chopped hazelnuts.

Tip

Garnish with grated carrots and chocolate if you like.
