We only use 100% Arabica beans—known for their smooth, balanced taste and up to 1,000 aroma compounds in every bean. Arabica brings depth and complexity, with notes that range from fruity and floral to nutty and chocolatey. Our beans are grown on Rainforest Alliance Certified farms and roasted locally in Switzerland by our expert partners at Hochstrasser. It’s a process that unlocks the full flavor of each bean—refined, aromatic, and exactly right for your next Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE.

We start by freshly grinding our beans to bring out every layer of flavor. Then we brew the coffee fresh—just like at your favorite café, only on a much larger scale. We blend it with creamy Swiss milk, then chill and seal it for perfect taste. It’s real coffee, made with real care—not instant, not generic, and definitely not boring.

100% Natural Ingredients

We believe great coffee starts with 100% natural ingredients. That’s why most of our Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE varieties are made with only natural ingredients—no artificial flavors, no stabilizers, no preservatives. Just freshly brewed coffee, Swiss milk, and a touch of cocoa, caramel, or vanilla. Some of our recipes (like Balance and High Protein) use sweeteners or functional ingredients to meet specific needs—but our goal is always the same: to keep things as clean, clear, and delicious as possible.
